Kiwi gets things going. Stagnant energy comes back into motion, which is most evident in the circulatory system of the body. If the inner dynamic begins to work, the external activity follows. Sloth and indecision can be shaken off. One is carried by a sense of aliveness that had been paralyzed by lack of self-esteem before. This does not mean that Kiwi per se enhances self-esteem, but that active participation in life gives you the feeling that you are sharing, contributing, and able to do something.

The most important point is letting go of conditions. Kiwi wants to transform you, if you allow it. It is difficult to have to give up dreams and illusions that you cling to in order to recover.
