Grounding
Grounding interrupts stress-related reaction patterns, helps to keep a cool head and make clear decisions.
In aroused emotional states, we are dominated by the limbic system in the center of our brain. Its (kind of) opponent is the so-called prefrontal cortex, the part of our brain behind the forehead. Whoever dominates gets more blood, oxygen and nutrients. The other runs on the back burner. For this reason, it is difficult to think and analyze when you are overwhelmed by your feelings.
Without adequate grounding, behavioral patterns arise that are directed by feelings. These reaction patterns determine our self-image and make us believe “that’s how I am”. We then no longer have the freedom to choose how we want to behave.
Grounding interrupts the reaction pattern. Those who find such things in themselves and no longer want to be controlled by fear, impatience, despair or another typical emotion captured by the Bach flower remedies, but rather strive for an expansion of the behavioral repertoire and inner growth, gets a means to establish the new self from ground.
The combination contains
- Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale)

- Sunflower (Helianthus annuus)
- Pineapple Weed (Matricaria discoidea)
- Clematis (Clematis vitalba)
