Bliss, that is a moment of pure happiness, delight and enjoyment of existence in the here and now, a bliss, as one knows - hopefully - from the most beautiful moments of life. That is why this is also an essence that you should use carefully, meaning only on special occasions. E.g. when you are really down, not just having a bad day. Or if you want to enjoy a special or peak moment. But do not take it regularly, otherwise it will work like chocolate and champagne, it becomes routine and boring, ceases to be something special and looses its effect.

The ebbing away of the high is genetically programmed to us, otherwise we would all starve with a blessed smile on the lips, like junkies who have just given themselves the golden shot. A constant striving for the high takes them the charm and acts like a habitual drug abuse. Is not worth it.

Our life is rhythm, day and night, going up and down - wanting to make everything equal, means destroying everything. If someone is dependent on whatever drug offer him Bliss once (once, not permanently). This combination teaches him (in the best case) that he can find the high in himself, he does not need to take it from outside.
