The Vision

Our mind likes to have something to do, and has a hard time with meditation and inner silence. Various schools of meditation developed tasks for the mind to keep it busy with something meaningful instead of giving it the opportunity to disturb the inner peace. It can be a mantra, a suggestion as it is used in autogenic training (my forehead is cool ...), a kind of brain teaser as in Rinzai Zen (Where were you when your parents were not even born?) or an answer to a question like »Which path I should take?« or »Who am I really?«

You can repeat your question internally while falling asleep and it will suggestively act on in your dream, and it may be that you find the answer.

The Vision serves this purpose. Focus on one goal, spray the essence around yourself, breathe in its energy and let it bring you to to the place inside where the truth can be found.

The Vision contains the essences Red Poppy (Papaver somniferum), Black Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) and Underworld River, it is flavored with the essential oils of grapefruit, rosewood, sandalwood.
