Oak - Quercus robur

The Oak personality is powerful, great and wise person and knows what he is capable of. He or she is self-aware and responsible and strong enough to take care of others.

A problem can arise when that person is taking more work, responsibility etc than he can bear, because he does not want to disappoint those who he cares for. He ignores the fact that a battered hero is of little use for them.

Oak teaches such people to take care of themselves. Altruism should not be equated with self-abandonment. Take care of your own resources and take breaks. Know that happy parents are of greater value than those who labour themselves to death.
