Maple bud - Acer Pseudoplatanus

This is the essence of the bud of the maple tree, from which there is also a flower essence. Maple bud acts on the energy, less on the emotional territory, even if both work together closely, of course.

This bud essence helps to make the energy flow again. Often emotional stress causes cramping of the muscles, which in turn affects the flow of energy. After releasing the tension from the muscles the energy blockage can persist. In such a case, we recommend a cleansing energy such as the maple buds provide us with.

Scarring can be another origin of energy blockages. Injuries are part of human existence, and already in earliest childhood, the vast majority of us has experienced the first injury, and thus their first scars. Scar tissue however is not functional, but a replacement tissue. If you touch a scar, you do feel the scar itself but the touch of the surrounding tissue. The damage to the skin injury may disrupt the energy flow in the meridians, which in turn can have an impact on the physical and emotional health.

Besides the internal use we recommend to massage the essence directly into  the affected body region. Together with Dandelion (relaxation of the muscles) and Willowherb (liberation from the trauma), it helps to get the energy flowing through the meridians again.
