Bach Flowers

Why not write about Christmas when there’s nothing else going on anyway and we’re stuck under the Christmas tree (as if there was a lockdown)? After all, there is a flower that has a special relationship to Christmas and therefore makes it a good idea to take a look at it from a different perspective today, the good old Bach flower essence.

Flower essences are not drugs - who do I tell? Nevertheless, they can play an important role in supporting the physically ill, e.g. asthma patients. At this point, a different aspect than a cure in the conventional medical sense should be considered, although its discovery might not have come about without scientific medicine.

The Bach flower Chestnud Bud is a wonderful catalyst when it comes to new beginnings. When if not now would be a better opportunity to avoid relapsing into bad old habits from the pre-Corona days.
