Pedra Parideiras

These peculiar stones can only be found in two places on the earth. The one that is used for the preparation of the gem essence comes from Portugal, hence the Portuguese name. Except in the northern mountains of Portugal, biotite lenses are found only near Saint Petersburg in Russia.

Pedra parideiras means "birth stone" and that is no coincidence. Pedra parideiras are enclosed in 300 million-year-old granite. In the days after the solstices, when it is particularly cold in January or particularly hot in July, they burst the rocks and break out - they are born so to speak.

The essence is about the ultimate breakthrough, self-realization, adaptability, flexibility and protection.
