Pingala

Pingala is the energy meridian (= Nadi) of the male energy (yang). The starting point is right next to the coccyx, it ends in the left hemisphere. Pingala Nadi is red as opposed to white Ida. While Ida transports moonlight, Pingala spreads sunlight in the body and brings it to the chakras. The solar energy is equivalent to the sympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for activation. This energy is  symbolizes rational, logical thinking, analysis, assertiveness, specialization.
